At the construction site, Minister Chu Ngoc Anh and Ambassador Kim had a meeting with President Kum Dongwha - representing the client and M Good88 link Project Management Unit (PMU) together with Korea construction contractor about the construction progress of M Good88 link main building. Both sides raised essential questions and issues about the guarantee of the construction quality while on the other hand, report to relating units on time about the construction schedule, together solving the difficulties and hindrances in construction.

After the meeting is finished, the group came and inaugurated M Good88 link office in the Hi-tech Business Incubator Center.
