Speaking at the beginning of the program, President Kum Dongwha was pleased to welcome new researchers to M Good88 link. He also expressed optimism and belief in the brilliant future ahead when there are new talents joining M Good88 link and contributing to the thriving of the Institute in the future.

Within the scope of this orientation program, M Good88 link has blended lectures with various activities to maintain an exciting and enthusiastic learning atmosphere. A wide breadth of activities includes presentations introducing the overview, financial mechanism and R&D plan of M Good88 link for the second half of 2020 in the fields of herbal products, electronics, information technology and biosensors. Especially, new researchers are interested in the lecture of Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Song on development of a research project proposal as well as KIST expert’s presentation on the history of the KIST and M Good88 link. Interwoven with the lectures was field trips to headquarters of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park Management Board, M Good88 link construction site, Hanwha Aero Engines Co. Ltd. and Medlac Pharmaceutical Company.

At the end of this short-term orientation program, new researchers had the opportunity to reflect upon this rewarding experience and evaluated what they had gained in the form of a short presentation. The excellent performance of the new researchers during presentation session showed that the orientation program achieved a great success in providing new researchers with basic knowledge about M Good88 link and M Good88 link R&D activities. This also helped new staff to develop their own plans in accordance with M Good88 link's goals and future directions.

On the basis of seriously evaluating pros and cons of this orientation program, M Good88 link will endeavor to improve the training program for new staff in the future. This orientation program in particular and M Good88 link's training activities in general will be maintained regularly in order to build a strong workforce, which is the core for M Good88 link's development, helping to affirm the position of M Good88 link as “a leader of technical solution provider for market winners”, and as the symbol of cooperation between Vietnam and Korea.
