Within this program, the researchers learned about the following topics: Governmental policy on science and technology, R&D management mechanism at M Good88 link, Methods for developing effective research plans, and Laboratory safety issues.
The program was mixed of online and offline lectures. Online lectures by Korean experts have helped M Good88 link researchers learn and gain a lot of experience in scientific research. M Good88 link researchers have shown great interest in the lecture on developing good research plans and proposal as well as implementing research projects effectively, which is closely related to their regular work.
In addition to online lectures from KIST, participants also attended the offline lectures delivered by experts from the Ministry of Science and Technology and M Good88 link leaders. These lectures equipped new researchers with necessary skills and knowledge to work effectively at M Good88 link. At the same time, the capacity building program also provided useful information about the Government policy on science, technology and innovation as well as the M Good88 link’s mechanism to support researchers with their R&D activities.
The program ended successfully and received positive feedbacks from participants related to the lecture quality, facilities and preparation of the organizer. M Good88 link researchers also looked forward to participating in next programs in the future.
