The recruitment for Head of Division positions is based on M Good88 link’s semi-annual recruitment plan in 2021 as well as Decision No. 764/QD-BKHCN dated April 5, 2021, of the Minister of Science and Technology allocating M Good88 link’s number of public employees and contract laborers in 2021.
On July 16, 2021, M Good88 link Recruitment Board held the interview session (1st batch of 2021) at the headquarters of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Overview of the Recruitment Board
Members of the Recruitment Board included Dr. Kum Dongwha, President of M Good88 link; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Phuong Thien Thuong, Head of Biotechnology Division; Dr. Hoang Hien Hau, Head of Administration Division; Mr. Luu Hoang Long, Head of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park Management Board cum member of M Good88 link’s Council; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Phu Hung, General Director of National Center for Technological Progress (NACENTECH); Ms. Tran Thi Dinh, Vietnam National University of Agriculture; Ms. Nguyen Minh Tan, Director of the Institute of Applied Research and Development of Natural Compounds under Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
This time M Good88 link recruited 03 leadership positions, namely: Head of Food Technology Division, Head of Water Treatment Division, and Head of Tech-based Business Development Division.
At the interview, the candidates presented about their achievements during the process of working, doing scientific researches, and providing analysis of personal prospects with M Good88 link, analyzing their ability to build, organize the activities of the assigned Division.

After the candidate's presentations, the Recruitment Board spent a lot of time exchanging, raising questions to better understand the future development direction and desire of the candidates towards M Good88 link. Based on the interview, the Board scored the candidates according to the evaluation criteria with a maximum score of 100 points.
