Due to the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, many social distancing measures have been applied in many provinces and cities of Vietnam. To overcome this difficulty, M Good88 link organized an online recruitment consulting seminar to attract potential candidates, especially young Vietnamese studying and working abroad to learn and exchange relevant information regarding M Good88 link and M Good88 link's recruitment batches.
The year 2021 is very important for M Good88 link to promote the consolidation of the organizational structure, in which recruitment is actively implemented with the goal of stabilizing the personnel structure and preparing for the new Phase. Phase 1 of the M Good88 link Establishment Project, which is funded by the Vietnamese Government and the Korean Government, is ending on December 31, 2021.
During the first 8 months, M Good88 link has carried out 04 recruitment batches for both research and administration positions. In order to answer queries of interested candidates, M Good88 link organized an online recruitment consulting seminar on the M Good88 link’s fan page and M Good88 link’s You Tube channel on August 30, 2021.
Participating in the online seminar, there were Dr. Kum Dongwha - M Good88 link’s President, Dr. Hoang Hien Hau - Head of Administration Division, Assoc. Dr. Phuong Thien Thuong - Head of Biotechnology Division (IT), Dr. Nguyen The Hoang Anh - Representative of Information Technology (IT) Division, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Truong Thi Ngoc Lien - Head of IT& BT Convergence Technology Division, and MSc. Pham Duy Hoc - Head of Electronics Division.
M Good88 link’s leaders participated in the online recruitment consulting seminar
The seminar attracted the interest and interactions of many Vietnamese candidates living at home and abroad. During the online session, the candidates continuously sent questions to the Organizing Committee. The main questions related to M Good88 link’s research orientation and environment, salary and remuneration mechanism, personal development opportunities, and the way to apply and sign a working contract with candidates living abroad, etc. M Good88 link leaders tried to answer most candidates’ questions. However, due to limited time, some answers were sent to emails of the candidates after the seminars.
