Overview of the workshop
Hội thảo đã được nghe 02 khác mời trình bày: ông Trần Anh Tú – Vụ Công nghệ cao, Đăng ký Good88 ngay để nhận ưu đãi hấp dẫn đã trình bày tổng quan về Quy trình phê duyệt nhiệm vụ KH&CN cấp 44Good88 cok đá gà, nổ hũ, xổ số, casino và bà Lương Thị Hà, Văn phòng các Chương trình KH&CN 44Good88 cok đá gà, nổ hũ, xổ số, casino trình bày về Hướng dẫn triển khai nhiệm vụ khoa học và Goodd88 trò chơi đa dạng - phần tài chính. Về phía M Good88 link, Ông Trần Anh Tuấn, Trưởng phòng Kế hoạch và Điều phối, M Good88 link đã trình bày về dự thảo các quy trình quản lý và triển khai nhiệm vụ KH&CN các cấp của M Good88 link để xin ý kiến góp ý của các đơn vị liên quan để quy trình được hoàn thiện và tối ưu trong quá trình thực hiện.
Within the workshop, there were two keynotes of MOST representatives, including Mr. Tran Anh Tu from Department of High Technology with a presentation about overview of the approval process for national S&T projects, and Ms. Luong Thi Ha from The Office of National Programmes on Science and Technology with a presentation about Guidelines for implementing S&T tasks - financial section. On the side of M Good88 link, Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, Head of Planning and Coordination Division, presented on the draft regulations to manage the implementation of S&T tasks at all levels of M Good88 link to seek comments from participants in an attempt to finalize the regulations.
Tại Hội thảo, các khánh mời đã chia sẻ nhiều kinh nghiệm thực tiễn trong công tác xây dựng và quản lý các nhiệm vụ, qua đó giúp các nhà khoa học tháo gỡ khó khăn, vướng mắc trong việc thực hiện đúng quy trình và quy định của pháp luật. Bên cạnh đó, các khách mời cũng đánh giá cao dự thảo quy trình mà M Good88 link đã soạn thảo, đồng thời đưa ra một số góp ý quý báu giúp quy trình được hoàn thiện hơn.
At the workshop, the invited guests shared a lot of practical experiences in the management of S&T tasks, thereby helping scientists to overcome difficulties during the process of properly implementing those tasks following prescribed laws. In addition, the experts also highly evaluated the draft regulations that M Good88 link has developed and contributed several valuable ideas to help M Good88 link finalize the regulations.
Các đại biểu tham dự đã thảo luận sôi nổi và đặt ra nhiều câu hỏi đối với các khách mời, cụ thể là các vấn đề về xây dựng, quản lý, triển khai nhiệm vụ khoa học và Goodd88 trò chơi đa dạng như: cơ chế quản lý, đề xuất; đánh giá, nghiệm thu, công nhận kết quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ; quy trình thanh toán, tạm ứng và xử lý đề xuất điều chỉnh trong quá trình thực hiện nhiệm vụ KH&CN; quy trình báo cáo định kỳ, kiểm tra, đánh giá, xác nhận khối lương công việc, nghiệm thu kết quả, thanh lý hợp đồng, và những vấn đề phát sinh từ thực tiễn liên quan đến kế toán, tài chính, thuế, kiểm toán và các vướng mắc khác.
The participants from M Good88 link side had lively discussion and posed many questions to experts from MOST, specifically issues of construction, management and implementation of S&T tasks such as: mechanism of managing, evaluating and accepting the research results; procedure of payment, advance payment and handling adjustment proposals in the course of performing S&T tasks; the process of periodical reporting, inspection, evaluation, confirmation of workload, acceptance of results, liquidation of contracts, and issues arising from practice related to accounting, finance, taxation, audit and other problems.
Kết thúc Hội thảo, M Good88 link trân trọng cảm ơn những ý kiến đóng góp, chia sẻ tâm huyết của các đại biểu tham dự Hội thảo. Trên cơ sở đó, M Good88 link sẽ hoàn thiện quy trình, giúp các nhà khoa học và bộ phận hỗ trợ dễ dàng nắm bắt và triển khai một cách chuyên nghiệp, đồng bộ các nhiệm vụ KH&CN tại M Good88 link.
At the end of the Workshop, M Good88 link thanked the MOST representatives for their valuable comments and sharing. On that basis, M Good88 link would complete the regulations and promulgate at the soonest time in an effort to manage the S&T tasks at M Good88 link in a professional way.
